Rearz Inspire Plus MEGA is waar luxe en vertrouwen elkaar ontmoeten. De Inspire+ Mega is de ultieme oplossing voor zeer zware vormen van incontinentie, ontworpen om maximale prestaties te garanderen. Het is een zeer omvangrijke luier, dus niet erg geschikt als dag luier als uw voornaamste zorg discretie is.
Aanzienlijk breder en dikkere kern dan de voorgaande Rearz Inspire luiers. Met een geheel witte sterke plastic buitelaag, 4 sterke brede hersluitbare plakstrips, een zachte binnenkant, elastische tailleband aan voor & achterkant, hoge anti-lek randen, versterkte tape-landingzone en Odor protection. Voor langdurig / gebruik 's nachts.

I really love that diaper. I tested it in many sessions and its " real capacity " is comarable to a TREST. The fit is very bulky ( but who wears these kind of diapers, doesn´t care about that normally ) and the fit is great. The tapes also last 24 hours easyly. The material is sturdy and crinkling, which is nice and perfect for imobile persons or wheelchair users ( or simply as sleeping diaper ) . The only thing where I would recommend a diaper with a softer outside is if you want to go on long walks. ( like a Megamax or a Better Dry )

as stated above, can't get enough of that and they really do hold their stated capacity in my testing.
